Globo Novela Hidden Truths Heads to Vietnam

SÃO PAULO: The Globo telenovela Hidden Truths has been picked up in Vietnam, where it will broadcast on the free-to-air channel HTV9 starting February 9.

The winner of the 2016 International Emmy Award for best telenovela, Hidden Truths will be running Mondays through Saturdays in an 11:30 p.m. slot on the channel, which broadcasts mainly Latin American content. In all, the novela has been licensed into more than 17 countries, including Dubai, Armenia and Portugal.

Hidden Truths explores the boundaries between obsession, money and pleasure, depicting the underworld disguised by the luxury and glamor of the fashion industry. The novela broke ratings records while it aired in Brazil, reaching a 49-percent share.
