Parrot Analytics Board Welcomes Adriana Cisneros

Adriana Cisneros, the CEO of Cisneros, has been appointed to the board of directors at big-data analytics firm Parrot Analytics, which developed a global, real-time, platform-agnostic TV audience demand measurement system.

Cisneros will join Parrot Analytics CEO Wared Seger and Board Director Bruce Tuchman for a special presentation on audience demand measurement in the Latin American market at NATPE in Miami on January 16.

Other Parrot Analytics board members include David Bishop, a media industry strategist for David Bishop Media and former president of Sony Pictures Entertainment and president and COO of MGM Home Entertainment; and Adam Clark, an advisor to several start-ups and one of the founders of M-Com, a global leader in mobile payment solutions.

Cisneros is also co-chair of Endeavor Miami, which promotes high-impact entrepreneurship. In addition, she is a director and executive committee board member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and a trustee of the Paley Center for Media, among other roles at various organizations.

Cisneros remarked: “Over the past year or so, it has become abundantly clear to me that our conventional ways of measuring the popularity of content are vastly outdated and deficient. I made some sweeping changes within my own company to change our processes and, in so doing, became fascinated with big-data analytics.
