Caracol Starts Shooting New Period Piece in Colombia

BOGOTÁ: Production has begun on Caracol Television’s new series The White Slave, with filming set to take place around Colombia.

Caracol Internacional will distribute the title. The 60×1-hour period piece centers on a woman raised by slaves who returns to her home in order to confront her parents’ killer. Filming locations will range from castles to beaches throughout Colombia.

Spanish movie star Nerea Camacho leads the international cast, which includes Spanish actor Miguel de Miguel, Venezuelan actor Luciano D’Alessandro, Cuban actor Dorian Suarez, Panamanian actress Miroslava del Carmen and Puerto Rican Modesto Lacen, among others.
