Pair of Globo Telenovelas Head to Venezuela

SÃO PAULO: The successful Globo telenovelas The Life We Lead and Brazil Avenue are set to air on the Cisneros Group’s Venevision Plus cable channel in Venezuela.

The Life We Lead focuses on a tennis player who wakes up from a coma after five years. The show was recently picked up by Canal 13 in Chile, Ecuavisa in Ecuador and Teledoce in Uruguay. Starring Cauã Reymond (The Enchanted Tale), Murilo Benício (The Clone) and Ísis Valverde (India: A Love Story), Brazil Avenue is about a young woman whose life was ruined by her stepmother when she was a child. The series has been sold into more than ten countries around the globe.
