Globo’s Brave Woman Lands in Georgia

SÃO PAULO: The Globo telenovela Brave Woman has been sold into Georgia, where it will air on the recently launched Palitra TV channel.

The novela, from prize-winning author Gloria Perez, tells the story of a woman (Nanda Costa) who receives a proposal to work in Turkey but falls victim to an international gang. The cast also includes Giovanna Antonelli as a police officer who helps the woman in her fight for love and liberty.

In Brazil, Brave Woman aired during Globo’s prime time with an average of 38 rating points and 65 percent share. The title has also aired in Uruguay, Chile, Portugal and in African territories.
