Record TV’s Joseph of Egypt to Air on Univision

Univision is gearing up to launch Joseph of Egypt, from the creators of Moses and the Ten Commandments.

Inspired by the book of Genesis, the series was filmed in Egypt, Israel and the Atacama Desert in Chile. Joseph of Egypt is produced by Rede Record television network and was written by Vivian de Oliveira and directed by Alexandre Avancini. Univision will debut the series on June 19 at 8 p.m. and will run the show Monday through Friday in that slot.

The cast includes Ângelo Paes Leme as Joseph, Maytê Piragibe as Azeneth, Leonardo Vieira as Pharaoh Apopi, Celso Frateschi as Jacob and Bianca Rinaldi as Tani.
