A+E Networks Latin America Gets New President

MIAMI: Eddy Ruiz has taken on the role of president and general manager of A+E Networks Latin America, a joint venture of A+E Networks and Ole Communications.

Ruiz is responsible for A&E, HISTORY and Bio in the region. He will lead the joint venture’s new growth initiatives for all brands, along with managing the growth of new technologies and the expansion of the Brazilian operation. Prior to managing A+E Networks Latin America, Ruiz was the senior VP and general manager for HBO Latin America Advertising Services.
