Telefe International Reveals MIPTV Slate

BUENOS AIRES: Next month in Cannes Telefe International plans to promote a number of titles across various genres, including comedy, drama and telenovela.

Produced by Underground, Endemol and Telefe, Los Vecinos en Guerra is a family comedy about a 40-year-old housewife who used to be in a gang of swindlers. Telefe’s Stories from the Heart is a drama revolved around such themes as love, friendship and values. Ramirez, co-produced by Media Networks and Imizu Internacional, is a police drama focused on character psychology. The romantic comedy My Love, My Love, from El Árbol, Endemol and Telefe, follows the life of a man who loves two women at the same time. 

Candy Love, a telenovela co-produced by Telefe and LCA Producciones, centers on four couples from different generations. Another romantic comedy, Graduates, produced by Telefe, Underground and Endemol, is about a group of former high school classmates. Telefe’s Quitapenas is a musical comedy that tells the story of a confrontation between two families. Also a Telefe production, Dirty Old Parrot features a womanizing con artist who is reincarnated as a bird.
