BritBox has inked a deal to bring titles from the Viacom-owned Channel 5 and Comedy Central to the streaming platform, adding hundreds of hours of both channels’ content from launch.

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) and Access have entered into a partnership to make the MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon channels accessible to vehicle passengers via Access’s Twine4Car system in Germany.

The Comedy Central brand is set to launch in France as of October 4 and will be distributed on platforms such as Orange, Free, SFR, Numericable, Bouygues and Videofutur, reaching more than 13 million households.
