VIMN Channels Land on TVPlayer Plus

LONDON: Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has signed a multiyear agreement with U.K. online television platform TVPlayer to simulcast a number of pay-TV channels on OTT subscription service TVPlayer Plus.

The deal includes MTV, Comedy Central, Comedy Central Extra, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and Nick Jr. Too. These networks will be available to existing TVPlayer Plus subscribers across a variety of devices, including desktops, mobiles, tablets, Apple TVs and Amazon Fire TVs. TVPlayer has also licensed 3G and 4G rights for all channels in addition to live streaming over wired internet and WiFi.
