Univision tlnovelas Network to Revive Quinceañera

NEW YORK: Univision’s tlnovelas network is set to air Quinceañera (Sweet Fifteen), a successful Televisa novela that was first broadcast more than two decades ago.

Starring Thalía and Adela Noriega, Quinceañera revolves around the lives of two best friends who are getting ready to celebrate their 15th birthday. The telenovela, which first debuted in 1987, has not been on the air since 1990.

Quinceañera, created by Carla Estrada, will premiere on Univision tlnovelas Network on Monday, January 7 at 4 p.m. Encore marathons of the weekly episodes will run on the weekends.
