Globo to Showcase Trail of Lies at NATPE

SÃO PAULO: Globo is set to present its telenovela Trail of Lies at this year’s NATPE in Miami.

The 160×45-minute series centers on a plot full of secrets, revelations and disputes, and follows the consequences of lives built on lies. Written by Walcyr Carrasco (author of Gabriela and The Thorn and the Rose), the telenovela is already airing in Brazil and Portugal, where it is currently one of the most-watched TV shows.

The cast includes Paolla Oliveira (Irrational Heart), Mateus Solano (Seize the Day) and Malvino Salvador (Looks & Essence).
