Grupo Televisa’s Fernando Muñiz

Fernando Muñiz, director general of Televisa Internacional and Televisa Networks, spoke to TV Latina about the challenges of his new responsibilities, Grupo Televisa’s position in a competitive media landscape and the role of Televisa Networks in the group’s growth.

Earlier this year, Grupo Televisa held an event headed by Emilio Azcárraga, the executive chairman of the board, who spoke about reinventing the company and where the group’s program highlights were showcased. During the same period, Grupo Televisa named Muñiz as director general of Televisa Internacional, adding to his remit of the pay-TV channel business, Televisa Networks.
