Univision Communications Bolsters Research Team

NEW YORK: Univision Communications has appointed Dan Murphy as senior VP of audience measurement and analytics and Kevin King as senior VP of digital research.

Working alongside Ceril Shagrin, Univision’s executive VP of audience measurement and analytics, Murphy will supervise the company’s third-party industry relationships and experiments. For the last several years he has been handling Univision’s MRC audit of ads and server-side traffic counts.

King will take charge of Univision’s continued efforts to provide the type of digital programming and content the Univision audience wants most. He and his team will offer insights on ratings trends and projections that will help the company make informed business decisions. He was most recently the VP of digital research at A+E Networks.
