Telemundo Internacional Heads to MIPTV with Musical Drama

MIAMI: Telemundo Internacional is showcasing its first musical drama series, Price of Fame (Guerra de Idolos), at MIPTV next month.

Price of Fame follows the journey of famous composer and producer Mateo Solar as he investigates the disappearance of his brother, Julio Cesar Solar, and encounters a dark network of mafias linked to the music business. The show is scheduled to make its worldwide premiere on Telemundo in the U.S. soon.

In addition, Telemundo Internacional’s slate will include the super series El Chema, the drama Lady Altagracia (La Doña), the romantic comedy The Fan (La Fan) and the show El Comandante. Telemundo will also present the Chilean formats Amanda, Ámbar, El Camionero and That’s Not Me (Esa No Soy Yo).
