NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises has unveiled its lineup of multiplatform programming featuring more than 900 hours of original content for the 2019-20 season.
Telemundo’s slate of original productions includes the seventh season of El Señor de los Cielos, the new limited series No Te Puedes Esconder, as well as the return of El Final del Paraíso, La Doña, Enemigo Intimo and Falsa Identidad. Reality shows such as La Voz (The Voice), Exatlon and the debut of the Spanish-language version of the NBC game show The Wall are also in the network’s 2019-20 season lineup.
Recently, Telemundo successfully launched La Reina del Sur 2, a sequel to the 2011 series. This summer, it will be the first Spanish-language network to bring the first Democratic presidential primary debate to U.S. Hispanic audiences and also will launch its first-ever English-language newscast on YouTube. Further, the network will roll out “Summer of Soccer,” its coverage plan for the FIFA Women’s World Cup France 2019 and Copa America from Brazil.
