Scout Productions Names New VP of Development

Scout Productions has tapped David Marker, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in entertainment, as its new VP of development.

Marker joined the team in 2021 and has developed and sold series such as The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning with Amy Poehler, Living for the Dead with Kristen Stewart, OMG Fashun with Julia Fox and an original comedy series starring Charlie Puth.

Prior to joining Scout, Marker produced and wrote on non-scripted television, streaming, live and digital productions for over a decade. He started his career at The Ellen DeGeneres Show and went on to produce series for ABC, Travel Channel, BET and H2.He also has experience in branded content.
