The SPI International affiliate Kino Polska TV has signed a new content license agreement with The Walt Disney Company to deliver a range of new movies and TV series to Stopklatka, Zoom TV and Kino TV viewers in Poland.

SPI International's Kino Polska TV is now the majority shareholder of the Polish DTT movie channel Stopklatka, acquiring Agora's 41-percent interest for a total stake of 82.6 percent.

SPI International subsidiary Kino Polska TV has acquired all of the shares in Cable Television Networks & Partners for PLN10 million ($2.8 million), taking full control of the company, which operates the state-issued license for the terrestrial channel Zoom TV.
