FilmRise has acquired the exclusive distribution rights in North America to the thriller Browse from BoulderLight Pictures, a Los Angeles-based production and sales company.

Directed by Mike Testin (Dementia), the feature tells the story of Richard Coleman (Lukas Haas; Mars Attacks, Inception, The Revenant), a man who is convinced that his identity has been hacked and that he’s being manipulated and controlled. As he searches for answers, his nightmare devolves into a web of paranoia that could destroy his hold on reality.

In addition to Haas, Browse stars Chloe Bridges (Insatiable, The Carrie Diaries, Pretty Little Liars) and Sarah Rafferty (Suits). The film is written by Mario Carvalhal and directed, shot and edited by Testin for Making Horror, a financing partnership between BoulderLight and Hong Kong-based Making Film Limited. Bravos Pictures Limited will handle international sales.
