9Now Picks Up Aussie Girl

Escapade Media, through its partnership with Principal Media, has sold the premiere rights for Aussie Girl to Australia’s 9Now.

Created by and starring Tammin Sursok (Pretty Little Liars), the comedy Aussie Girl follows “Australia’s Sweetheart,” whose world is turned upside down when she loses everything over the course of one absurd evening. With her once-burgeoning film, TV and music career now a PR disaster, she is forced to leave her home country for Hollywood’s tinsel town.

Escapade Media’s Natalie Lawley said: “It’s very exciting to see 9Now secure the premiere rights for the series and acquiring short form. Aussie Girl could not be more perfect for an Australian sale.”
