Michelle Wasserman in Expanded Role at Endemol Shine Latino

Michelle Wasserman, senior VP of format licensing and content development at Endemol Shine Latino, has been tapped to lead the company’s Miami offices in a newly expanded position.

Wasserman spent the last five years working out of Endemol Shine’s Buenos Aires office, overseeing Latin American programming sales and development initiatives. She will now additionally be responsible for the company’s Miami operations while looking to further expand Endemol Shine’s businesses across all genres and platforms. She will work under Laurens Drillich, the president of Endemol Shine Latino.

Since 2012, Wasserman served as senior VP of international business and content development at Endemol Shine Latino. Before joining the company, she was head of international business for Telefe. Earlier in her career, she held sales and promotion roles with such companies as Admira Media, Fox Latin America Channel and Telemax.

“Michelle has done a phenomenal job leading our format distribution efforts across Latin America for the last six years, expanding Endemol Shine’s reach in the region with many of our top formats,” said Drillich. “She is a top seller and a great professional and I’m excited to have her joining us in Miami and sitting in the office next door.”
