LOS ANGELES: The Spanish-language digital entertainment outfit GoTV has merged with Latin Anywhere, rebranding the combined operations as Latin Everywhere.

The merged outfit holds digital rights for more than 50,000 hours of Spanish-language film and TV content. Offerings include telenovelas from Venezuela's RCTV. It also boasts GoTV's YouTube network, which has some 5 million subscribers and more than 50 million viewers per month.

Jorge Granier, the CEO of GoTV, will serve as CEO of the combined Latin Everywhere service. Rich Hull, the CEO of Latin Anywhere, will take on the newly created role of executive chairman.

Granier and Hull jointly stated, “Latin Everywhere operates at the intersection of eyeballs and assets. U.S. Hispanics are the fastest growing demographic in America for content consumption and the depth of our library allows us to service our audience with the best in television, film and user-generated material while streamlining advertisers to this in-demand market.”
