Globo’s Drama The Party Sold into Uruguay

SÃO PAULO: Starting next week, Globo’s noir drama The Party is set to air on Uruguayan network Teledoce.

The miniseries, a remake of a 1974 telenovela, revolves around a lavish mansion party that comes to a halt when a body is found in the pool, setting off a frantic hunt for the killer. The 20×1-hour title was also picked up by SIC in Portugal and Korean group EPG.

Teledoce has previously broadcast other Globo titles such as Irrational Heart, Brazil Avenue and Trail of Lies.
