Globo to Bring Taís Araújo to DISCOP Africa

SÃO PAULO: Globo plans to take Taís Araújo, a renowned actress from Brazil, to the first day of DISCOP Africa later this week.

Known for her work in the hit Globo telenovela Shades of Sin, Araújo is the recipient of an award from the Festival de Cinema Brasileiro (Brazilian Film Festival) for the films A Caminho de Um Sonho and Garrincha, Uma Estrela Solitária. She has also appeared in Sparkling Girls, which will be part of the Globo TV International 2013 catalogue.

On Wednesday, October 31, Araújo will attend DISCOP Africa, where Globo will be present with Cote Ouest, its exclusive distributor for English and French Africa.
