Caracol’s Pablo Escobar Series Debuts on UniMás

BOGOTÁ: The UniMás network in the U.S. has picked up the drama Pablo Escobar, The Drug Lord, produced by Caracol Televisión and distributed by Caracol TV Internacional.

The channel will air the series Monday through Friday at 9 p.m. starting tonight. Based on real facts and testimonies, the title focuses on moments that changed not only the history of Colombia, but of the entire world.

Pablo Escobar, The Drug Lord was filmed on location in Bogotá, the Llanos Orientales, Medellín, the Atlantic Coast and Miami and brought together more than 1,300 actors led by Andrés Parra as the titular drug lord. Also joining the cast are Angie Cepeda, Christian Tappan, Nicolas Montero, Ernesto Benjumea, Cecilia Navia and Vicky Hernández.
