Univision Inks Licensing Representation Deal for Pedro Infante Estate

NEW YORK: Univision Communications has signed an agreement with Centerstage Brands International to license a variety of consumer products, services and promotions featuring the branding of Pedro Infante, the late Mexican actor and singer.

As part of the deal, Univision will develop, implement and handle licensing and promotional strategies across product categories and distribution channels. Pedro Infante accessories are due to hit retail on the West Coast next month. Later in the year will see the release of a number of Pedro Infante-themed food products, including tortilla chips and salsa in Q2, and coffee and hot sauce in Q3.

Centerstage owns an exclusive license with the Pedro Infante estate. The company manufactures and distributes the Pedro Infante collection with featuring designs by Alfonso Marrero.
