Citing broader macroeconomic concerns in the German-speaking region, ProSiebenSat.1 Group reported Q1 revenues of €816 million ($875 million), a 13 percent reduction on the same period last year.

After a strong start to the year, ProSiebenSat.1 Group saw its second-quarter revenues increase by 1 percent to €1.06 billion ($1.1 billion), while adjusted EBITDA remained stable year-on-year at €166 million ($172 million).

On the heels of a better-than-expected first quarter, ProSiebenSat.1 Group has increased its projections for 2021 revenues by €100 million ($121 million) to between €4.3 billion ($5.2 billion) and €4.5 billion ($5.5 billion).

Fourth-quarter revenues at ProSiebenSat.1 Group were up 11 percent to €1.5 billion ($1.8 billion), including a 3 percent gain in entertainment ad revenues.

ProSiebenSat.1 Group has reported revenues of around €4.04 billion euros ($4.9 billion) and an adjusted EBITDA of around €700 million ($848 million) for the full-year 2020.

ProSiebenSat.1 Group has reported a 4 percent decline in revenues to €1.8 billion ($2.1 billion) and adjusted net income of €230 million ($268 million) for the first half of 2018.

ProSiebenSat.1 Group increased its revenues and earnings again in 2017, marking a record year.

Third-quarter revenues at ProSiebenSat.1 Group increased by 3 percent to €883 million ($1 billion), delivering an adjusted net income of €99 million ($115 million).

ProSiebenSat.1 Group has wrapped up the second quarter of 2017 with revenues of 962 million euros ($1.14 billion), an increase of 9 percent from the same period last year.

ProSiebenSat.1 Group and Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution have extended their existing licensing deal.
