NBCU Alum Anaïs Baker Joins BBC Worldwide in Exec Producer Post

BBC Worldwide has named Anaïs Baker, who joins from NBCUniversal International Formats, to the role of executive producer of factual entertainment, entertainment and formats.

In this position, Baker will be tasked with managing and developing the slate of new intellectual property with BBC Worldwide’s production partners to serve the factual entertainment and formats pipeline, working closely with Tracy Forsyth, the genre director for factual entertainment, entertainment and formats, and Sumi Connock, the creative director for formats. In addition, a key component of Baker’s remit will involve overseeing returning factual-entertainment format commissions for BBC Worldwide Global Channels and identifying and developing titles from BBC Worldwide’s back catalog for reinvention. Baker will report to Forsyth.

She joins BBC Worldwide this month from NBCUniversal International Formats. Baker was responsible for international format production and development for the international studios business, managing formats such as Hollywood Game Night.
