Grant Ross Stepping Down at Banijay

PARIS: Grant Ross is planning to leave his role as executive VP of global creativity, development and format acquisitions at Banijay in April.

Ross, who joined Endemol in 2007, became the global head of acquisitions in 2009. He began his tenure at Zodiak, overseeing acquisitions of international formats as well as leading in-house creativity and format development, in 2014. Ross also chaired the Zodiak Media Creative Board and remained in this role following the merger.

Marco Bassetti, the group CEO of Banijay, commented, “I have the upmost respect for Grant and have very much enjoyed working with him both at Endemol, and recently again at Banijay. I would like to wish him all the best for the future.”

Ross added, “It has been a real pleasure to be part of the team at Zodiak and, most recently, at Banijay. I have been lucky enough to receive incredible support from the board and management team and all the Group companies, particularly the many talented creatives throughout the company.”
