NBCUniversal Movies Head to Club illico in Canada

MONTREAL: NBCUniversal Television & New Media Distribution Canada and Quebecor Content have closed a deal that sees recent movie releases from NBCUniversal become available on French-language Canadian VOD service Club illico.

The agreement includes the French versions of popular NBCUniversal movies such as Fast and Furious 6 (Rapides et dangereux 6), Despicable Me 2 (Détestable Moi 2), Kick Ass 2, R.I.P.D. (RIP Département), The Purge (La Purge), The Purge: Anarchy (La Purge 2), A Million Ways to Die in the West (Mille et une façons de mourir dans l’Ouest), 47 Ronin (47 Ronin), Ride Along (Mise à l’épreuve), Non-Stop (Sans arrêt), Endless Love (Un amour infini) and Neighbors (Les voisins), among others. Titles from the studio covered in the agreement join content that is already available to Club illico subscribers, including series such as Blue MoonBates Motel, Boomerang, Sons of Anarchy and American Horror Story. Club illico also offers children’s titles such as Robin des bois, Spider-Man and Les Daltons.
