ABS-CBN to Launch Streaming Service iWant with Six Originals

ABS-CBN is set to launch its new streaming service iWant on November 17 in the Philippines with six originals on its initial slate.

iWant will be available to users in the Philippines on iOS, Android and through the web. Among the programming highlights are the film Glorious, starring Angel Aquino and Tony Labrusca; Spirits Reawaken, rebooting an iconic Philippine TV show created by veteran Filipino director Chito Roño; and the anthology series Alamat ng Ano (Legend of What). iWant’s lineup of original content also includes the gore-horror film Ma, and Laureen on a Budget, with Filipino fashion and travel vlogger Laureen Uy.

The service will introduce more new original titles after this month that will exclusively stream on the platform, including a special digital show for Star Hunt, a reality talent search, that will feature promising Filipino talents.
