Today at MIP CANCUN, Elizabeth Bowen-Tombari, editor of TV Latina, moderated the session Micro Drama, Mega Audience, featuring FlareFlow’s Shawn Wu, Inter Medya’s Can Okan and The Mediapro Studio US & Canada’s Juan “JC” Acosta, who discussed the rise of micro-dramas and their impact on global content.

Can Okan, CEO and founder of Inter Medya, highlights the company's latest lineup of Turkish dramas, led by Eshref Ruya this MIPCOM, its expansion into shorter-run series and micro-dramas and more as the company looks to "remain a driving force in shaping the global content landscape.”

During the Turkish TV Festival, several leading distributors of Turkish dramas showcased their top titles, featuring captivating stories centered on intrigue, betrayal, romance, revenge and suspense.

The first day of the second edition of the Turkish TV Festival featured insights from Inter Medya’s Beatriz Cea Okan, TRT’s Mustafa Ilbeyli and Calinos Entertainment’s Goryana Vasileva.

The digital edition of TV Latina for June includes interviews with OGM Pictures’ Erdem Seçkin, Inter Medya’s Beatriz Cea Okan, I Am Mother’s Özge Özpirinçci, Eccho Rights’ Handan Özkubat and more.

During the Turkish TV Festival, Beatriz Cea Okan, VP and head of sales and acquisitions at Inter Medya, spoke on the importance of co-producing and partnerships and the benefits beyond sharing costs and risk.
