HBO Latin America has launched the second phase of the rollout of HBO GO as an online subscription through the Apple and Google Play stores in Latin America and the Caribbean.
HBO GO can now be accessed in the Caribbean and 17 additional markets in Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. The service is now also available in the region on Apple TV.
“We want everyone in the region to have easy access to our content,” said Francisco Smith, the executive VP of distribution and media development at HBO Latin America. “With this launch, we will be reaching more people in the region, giving them more options to watch HBO’s exclusive titles on multiple screens, inside and outside their homes, whenever they want.”
