The Simpsons, which is the longest-running prime-time scripted show in U.S. television history, has been renewed for an unprecedented 31st and 32nd season at FOX.

The Simpsons—which by the end of season 32 will have produced 713 episodes—exploded onto the scene in 1990 and has since become a cultural phenomenon, remaining one of the most recognizable franchises in the world.

Over its nearly 30-year run, the show has won 33 Emmy Awards, 34 Annie Awards, a 2016 People’s Choice Award and a 2016 Environmental Media Award. It was also made into the hit feature film The Simpsons Movie.

In the U.S., the series ranks as one of the top five comedies among adults 18 to 49 and the number two comedy among adults 18 to 34.

Homer himself weighed in on the renewal. “Woo hoo! 32 Seasons! Watch your back ‘Meet the Press,” he said.
