Venevision International to Bring Lucia’s Secrets to Cannes

MIAMI: At next month’s MIPTV, Venevision International plans to present the telenovela Lucia’s Secrets (Los Secretos de Lucia), among a number of other titles.

With a cast led by Iran Castillo, Juan Pablo Raba, Lucia Reina and Miguel Gaitan, Lucia’s Secrets follows the life of a woman who is suffering from amnesia. The 75×45-minute production is produced by Venevision in association with Univision Studios and BE-TV.

Other properties to be highlighted include My Life in Sayulita (Mi Vida en Sayulita), a reality show; Inside Football (Futboleria), a sports news magazine; Cybergeddon, a film; Home Videos & Bloopers, a comedy; Extreme Sports, a series; and A Legend of Shaolin Kungfu (La Leyenda de Shaolin), a martial arts program. The company will also be showcasing the telenovelas Rosario, The Talisman (El Talisman), My Ex Wants Me (My Ex Me Tiene Ganas) and The Love Curse (Valgame Dios).
