Viaplay Group has signed a distribution deal with T-Mobile in Poland, giving T-Mobile’s Swap customers free access to the Viaplay streaming service until February 28, after which they can add a subscription to their package.

The deal provides even more Polish viewers with the opportunity to try Viaplay’s live sports offering ahead of the Polish Formula 1 premiere on Viaplay on March 5. Customers are able to watch Viaplay’s full lineup of live sports, including Premier League, Bundesliga, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League, EFL Championship, NHL, KSW and more. In addition, they can view Viaplay’s slate of award-winning series and films, as well as new Hollywood blockbusters.

As of Q3 2022, Viaplay already has more than 1 million customers in Poland since its launch in the country in August 2021. T-Mobile has 11 million customers across all its packages in Poland.

“Viaplay is a unique service that has something for everyone,” said Alexander Bastin, Viaplay Group’s chief commercial officer for Continental Europe and the Baltics. “We are delighted that T-Mobile’s customers can now explore everything we have to offer during this promotion, and we look forward to welcoming them as subscribers in time for the new Formula 1 season.”
