Calinos Entertainment Taps Kanal D International Alum

Calinos Entertainment has appointed Kanal D International alum Gamze Utma Besler as international sales manager for Asia, CIS, Russia and the Baltics.

Besler joins from Kanal D International, where she worked as a sales executive, in charge of managing content sales in the CIS and Asia regions. Prior to that, she worked in the acquisition department of D-Smart. Much earlier in her career, she worked at Calinos as an acquisitions and sales executive at Calinos Films.

“I’m happy to turn back to Calinos, where I worked in the early years of my career, which had a significant contribution to me and was a milestone of my business life,” Besler said. “I feel like I’ve gotten back home after a long journey.”
