eOne Hires Former DRG Exec for Acquisitions Post

Entertainment One (eOne) has appointed Kate Cundall as VP of acquisitions.

In her new role, Cundall will be a central part of the acquisitions department, working across scripted and non-scripted programming. She will be based in the London office and will report to Noel Hedges, the executive VP of acquisitions.

Prior to joining eOne, Cundall was the senior VP of acquisitions at DRG. Cundall has also worked at Eyeworks International Distribution, BSKYB Entertainment, Underground Films, Sprout Pictures and Channel 4.

“Kate’s considerable experience and knowledge of the business of international television and her strong creative judgment make her a valuable addition to the eOne team as we grow further our third-party relationships and distribution portfolio,” commented Hedges.
