Banijay Buys French Digital Outfit Shauna Events

Banijay Group has acquired the French digital company Shauna Events, which creates original content for social media networks.

Banijay Group plans to expand its digital capabilities significantly over the next year, and this acquisition is part of a wider strategy to enter into new business areas. Shauna Events, founded and led by Magali Berdah, specializes in forging collaborative partnerships between brands and digital influencers, notably reality-TV talent.

Berdah said, “I am very excited to become part of the Banijay Group as it extends its global digital offering, with our proven expertise in creating value for brands, I am sure we can bring some brilliant ideas to the table.”
