All3Media Purchases The Missing Producer New Pictures

LONDON: All3Media has acquired the drama production company New Pictures, which is behind hits such as The Missing and Indian Summers.

In addition to The Missing (BBC One and Starz) and Indian Summers (Channel 4 and WGBH), New Pictures has on its slate the thrillers Rellik and Requiem, which have been commissioned for BBC One in 2016-17. The company is led by Charlie Pattinson, Elaine Pyke, Willow Grylls and Richard Nelson.

Jane Turton, the CEO of All3Media, said: “I am absolutely delighted to be working with Charlie, Elaine, Willow and Richard as they develop and grow their slate of programs through New Pictures. They are a fantastic team with a phenomenal track record and very exciting plans for the business.”
