Peacock Gives Series Order for The Miniature Wife

Peacock has given a straight-to-series order for The Miniature Wife, starring and executive produced by Elizabeth Banks (Pitch Perfect, The Hunger Games) and Matthew Macfadyen (Succession, Deadpool & Wolverine).

Based on a short story written by Manuel Gonzalez, the romantic dramedy will follow the power imbalances between two spouses, played by Banks and Macfadyen, who battle each other for supremacy after a technological accident. Media Res (The Morning Show, Pachinko) is producing.

Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner (Boardwalk Empire, Goliath) serve as creators, showrunners and executive producers. Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer are executive producing for Media Res.
