MIPDrama 2024 Opens Call for Entries

MIPTV has opened the global call for entries for the 2024 edition of MIPDrama, which will be held as a stand-alone screening event on Sunday, April 7, 2024, ahead of the main market.

To be eligible, scripted projects must be fully financed, in production on their debut series and have yet to be presented at a festival or market. The deadline for submissions is February 5, 2024.

Ten titles will be chosen by an international jury to be presented at MIPDrama, where their previews of up to 15 minutes will be screened. Attending acquisition executives and commissioners will vote for their Coup de Couer, and the winner will be revealed that day.

The 2024 MIPTV pre-opening weekend, April 6 and 7, also features MIPDoc and MIPFormats strands. The main market opens on April 8 and runs through April 10. Last year’s edition welcomed over 5,500 delegates from over 80 countries.
