Icebreaker Wins MIPDrama Buyer’s Coup de Coeur

Icebreaker, a Finnish supernatural thriller with horror elements, has won the MIPDrama Buyer’s Coup de Coeur.

Produced by Helsinki Filmi and sold by About Premium Content, the series was created by Mia Ylönen, who executive produces along with Aleksi Bardy. The drama, commissioned by Elisa Viihde, is set aboard a ship stranded in a winter storm—the rescue operation becomes a fight for survival and a freezing nightmare.
