CBS Cancels Watson

CBS has canceled its Sherlock Holmes-inspired medical drama Watson after two seasons.

Starring Morris Chestnut, the series follows Dr. John Watson as he opens a clinic dedicated to treating rare disorders after the death of Holmes. It was created by Craig Sweeny, who also serves as showrunner.

CBS also canceled DMV as it opted to focus on more seasons of Marshals, George & Mandy’s First Marriage, Boston Blue, CIA, Tracker, Matlock, Elsbeth, Fire Country, NCIS, NCIS: Origins, Boston Blue, FBI, Ghosts and more.
