House of Cards Heads to Viasat World

LONDON: Viasat World has locked in deals with both NBCUniversal and Sony Pictures Television, bringing the dramas House of Cards and Blacklist: Redemption, among others, to the international pay-TV broadcaster.

Pure Genius, Grimm, Emerald City, House of Cards and Blacklist: Redemption will have first-run broadcasts across Russia, CIS and Ukraine beginning January 2017 on its flagship movie channel  TV1000 Premium HD. Viasat World also secured a two-year deal with Sony Pictures for 50 titles for TV1000 in Central Europe.
