KOTV Adds Mia Desroches to Distribution Team

Mia Desroches, who most recently served as director of content distribution partnerships at CBC & Radio-Canada Distribution, has been appointed VP of international distribution at KOTV.

Prior to CBC & Radio-Canada Distribution, Desroches spent two years as VP of distribution at Téléfiction. She started her career at Remstar Média and then spent 12 years at the National Film Board of Canada, where she held several senior positions, including that of director of distribution.

Louis-Philippe Drolet, executive VP and director general of KOTV, said: “For the past several years, KOTV has brought some very successful projects to international markets. We produce in French and English, develop co-production projects with international partners and work with some of the world’s most important distributors. Mia’s appointment aligns perfectly with our continued ambitions outside of Québec, and she possesses the experience and expertise to take on the direction of our distribution team and contribute to our global reach.”
