Rewind Networks has clinched the first carriage deals in Sri Lanka for HITS and HITS Movies.

With its HITS Movies channel, Rewind Networks has “put together 40 years of the best movies on a single service to see how powerful that would become in terms of viewer stickiness and consumer love,” says CEO Avi Himatsinghani.

Rewind Networks has secured expanded carriage for its HITS Movies channel, clinching a deal with Indonesia’s leading pay-TV platform, MNC Vision, as well as its OTT service, MNC Now.

On the heels of a strong launch in Singapore, HITS Movies is eyeing further expansion across Asia.

Rewind Networks’ HITS channel will celebrate its fifth anniversary at the end of this year, while the basic channel HITS Movies is new to the market.
