Foxtel Reorganizes Senior Team

SYDNEY: Foxtel has made a series of changes within its senior management, including Ross Crowley being promoted to a new role in content strategy, rights and negotiations.

Crowley, currently the director of programming and channels, assumes the post of director of content strategy and programming. He will continue to report to Brian Walsh, Foxtel's executive director of television. Crowley will be joined by Tony Pollitt as part of a team that will manage major studio negotiations. Pollitt will serve as general manager of business affairs for content and networks.

Duane Hatherly, Foxtel Networks' director of production, will continue to lead this department, charged with an increased focus to develop new shows and formats. While Hatherly has previously held the dual roles of director of production and head of LifeStyle channels, now general manager of LifeStyle channels Hannah Barnes will assume the management responsibilities for this group of channels.

All changes take effect July 1.
