MBC in Mauritius Goes for Prime Entertainment’s Sports Content

PARIS/LOS ANGELES: Mauritius broadcaster MBC has picked up 578 hours of sports and entertainment content from Prime Entertainment Group.

The bulk of the deal is made up of 400 hours of programs from Prime’s sports catalogue. Content includes the combat magazines JLB, No Contest and Face to Face; the series World Tour of Martial Arts and Welcome to…; and 120 hours of kick-boxing fights from 2014/2015.

“We are very proud of our sport catalogue, which has been doing very well the last two years,” said David Freydt, the managing director of Prime Entertainment Group. “The buyers get to know us more and more for this kind of content and are always very satisfied by the quantity and quality we are able to provide them.”
