Super Bowl Delivers 123.4 Million Viewers for CBS

CBS is hailing its broadcast of Super Bowl LVIII as the most-watched telecast ever, reporting a total audience of 123.4 million viewers across all platforms on Sunday.

According to CBS, 120 million viewers tuned in live on the network to see the match-up between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, which ran into overtime. The Kansas City Chiefs victory over the 49ers was viewed by more than 123 million people across CBS, Paramount+, Nickelodeon, Univision and CBS Sports, as well as Univision and NFL digital properties, including NFL+.

This year’s ratings are up 7 percent on the 115.1 million who tuned in last year, beating that previous record. More than 200 million viewers watched all or part of Super Bowl LVIII across networks. This is the highest unduplicated total audience in history and up 10 percent on last year.
